John Michael Wynne

“It is my contention that an unknown composer has a responsibility to ensure that his music does not present too many difficulties to either the player or listener, otherwise it is too easy simply to dismiss it as being of no value and not worth the effort of persevering with. Accordingly, the style of the music presented here is straightforward and easy to understand. It is (by and large) tonal, with plenty of tunes and scrunchy harmonies, ranging in difficulty from quite easy (Bagatelle No. 1 for piano) to reasonably challenging (Blue Nocturne, Serenade).”
