Kenneth Alwyn unveiled a plaque commemorating the centenary of composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. Kenneth has had a lifelong interest in the music of Coleridge-Taylor and frequently performed a number of his works.
Kenneth Alwyn featured in the 50 year celebrations of the Fairfield Halls in Croydon in November. Alwyn conducted the first BBC broadcast from the Halls in 1962.
Kenneth Alwyn contributed to the Federation of Recorded Music Societies’ Music Weekend 2012 held in Daventry.
